Chief Minister of Madhesh Province Satish Kumar Singh has said that government funds will be spent in a procedural manner. At the 42nd anniversary program of Sagarmatha Chaudhary Eye Hospital held on Tuesday in Lahan, he claimed that he is working procedurally knowing that if there is any disturbance while working, he will have to go to Akhtia's cage.
"There is a process of doing government work and spending money, work is being done in that process," he said.
He said that the Madhesh government has cleared the way to spend the budget after completing the process and claimed that the speed of spending will now increase. He said that they have addressed all the constituencies and prepared the budget and now they will implement it.
He also said that he has recently signed a project contract worth more than 19 billion rupees. He told that 4 provincial hospitals are going to be added in Madhesh and the provincial government has proceeded to build a model school in all constituencies.
He alleged that the previous government left 11,000 schemes unfinished and they are spreading rumors that the state government is not able to spend the budget now.
