Meterbage victims are going to protest again. They are going to agitate again saying that the government has only cheated the meterbay victims. They are starting a phased movement from Janakpur from next 14th.

After the demonstration in Janakpur, more programs of the movement will be decided on the same day, according to Kisan Labor Movement Against Meter Interest, Nepal. According to Manoj Kumar Paswan, Secretary General of Farmers Labor Movement against Meter Interest, after the demonstration in Janakpur, protests will be held in the big cities of Madhesh such as Birganj, Rajviraj, Biratnagar and other places along with it.

Paswan said that if the government does not listen to the voice of the local level movement, they have a plan to take the victims to Kathmandu. He says that the government is not taking the issue of meter badge victims seriously, so they are going to go to the streets again.
