Chief District Officer of Mahottari Lalbabu Kawari said that disaster preparedness should be done by making a plan on how to prepare effectively with limited resources and means. It was argued that establishing a disaster authority would be a very important step for disaster preparedness. Kawari said that by making the local level and security agencies stronger and more capable, disaster rescue materials will be provided and disaster rescue preparedness practices at the school level will be shown more and more, strengthening the community itself and reducing the damage.

Armed Police Force Nepal no. 2 Chinnamasta Bahini Headquarters Mahottari's Bahinipati Armed Police Deputy Inspector General Kalidas Dhauvji mentioned that Nepal is risky from the point of view of disasters and said that the exercise program was organized at the school level with the aim of widening the preparedness. . He said that the damage can be minimized if everyone is empowered to show awareness and respond. 

The armed police also demonstrated the equipment and tools used in disaster management of different natures at the venue.
