The ruling alliance party Congress, UML, LOSPA and the main opposition party Jaspa have expressed their anger over the stats written by Janamat Party President CK Raut saying that 'Congress-UML has besieged the Madhesh government'.
Speaking at the meeting of the Madhesh state assembly which started on Tuesday after 4 months, Krishna Prasad Yadav, the president of the Madhesh Congress and the state MP, accused Raut, the president of Janmat, of trying to control the Madhesh state government by staying in Kathmandu. He also said that Raut did not allow Chief Minister Satish Kumar Singh to work independently. ``Not coming to dance and seeing the courtyard crooked,'' he said, ``I wanted to protest at the time of giving good wishes. However, there is pain. Raut has created problems for the Madhesh government by calling the Congress-UML corrupt, commission crooks and broker parties.
He also claimed that the Congress did not cause problems for Chief Minister Singh to work. "You should have said where the Congress created the problem," he said. We have supported the government in which Satish Singh of Janmat is the Chief Minister. No to Raut.'
State MP of Janata Samajwadi Party and former Chief Minister Lal Babu Raut also opposed the statement given by the Public Opinion Chairman Raut. He said that Raut's expression came from the thought of "bathing his party with milk and considering other parties as thieves". Madhesh government is sleeping. We have felt that we are sitting calmly," Raut said, "The chief minister has the right to make whole and soul decisions. Not to direct from above. I was also the Chief Minister for 5 years. Where did the president talk and pretend that such and such never happened?'
UML MP Shardadevi Thapa said that the Madhesh state government should increase the pace of development. LOSPA MP Upendra Mahato said that Raut's allegations against other parties on social media are serious. "If there is a problem in the operation of the government, you should say it," he said. Protesting and running the government are completely different things. Janmat Party should understand this.'
Chief Minister Singh admitted that it was some time late to convene the meeting of the state assembly. He said that the government will move forward according to the advice given by the parties. "Driving on a potholed road is a shock," said Chief Minister Singh, "but you should try to drive safely."
