Sarlahi was killed in Hariwan and buried in a sugarcane field. The body of the brick dealer was recovered. The body of 39-year-old Hariprasad Prasain of Hariwan Municipality-10 Inartol was found murdered.
According to family sources, businessman Prasai had left home on the morning of 15th of January saying that he would bring money from Barhathwa Municipality-9 Murtiya.
After Prasai did not return home until late at night, he reported to the police . Along with that, the locals and the police were constantly searching for Prasain. During the search, the dead body of Prasai was found in a sugarcane field near the house on Saturday, according to the district police office.
The police have arrested a local youth on the suspicion of being involved in the murder of Prasain and have proceeded with the investigation. But the police did not reveal the name of the young man. The body of the deceased Prasai has been brought to Hariwan after the post-mortem at Malangwa Provincial Hospital.
