Shivchandra Chaudhary has been elected as the President of Jaleshwar Industry and Commerce Association of Mahottari. Choudhary won the election of the Chamber of Commerce on Saturday by getting 419 votes. The election committee has announced that Chowdhury has won by 61 votes over his nearest rival Santosh Sah.
Electoral Officer Vijay Thakur informed that rival Sah got 358 votes .
Chowdhury's panel has won even among the officers and members. Ram Ekwal Sah was elected as Vice President, Rajukumar Purve as General Secretary, Chandna Kumar Sah as Secretary and Narayan Kumar Gupta as Treasurer.
Kamaladevi Koirala as female member, Raman Kumar Choudhary, Sanjay Kumar Gupta, Anil Kumar Sah, Roshan Mahaseth, Mukesh Kumar Sah, Manibhushan Thakur, Rupesh Kumar Sah, Saroj Kumar Sah, Omprakash Sah as the other members were informed by election committee officer Thakur.
