An absconding defendant in the murder industry case in Siraha has been sent to jail. 73-year-old Tulsi Prasad Yadav of Kalyanpur Municipality-8 Mazhau was sent to jail on Sunday. Yadav was sentenced to three years imprisonment by the District Court, Sirha in June 2077 in a death case.
He has been absconding since then and was arrested from his home on Saturday by the special team of District Police Office, Siraha.
On Sunday, he was submitted to the court and the court sent him to the prison office, Siraha, to pay the imprisonment, informed the spokesperson and DSP of District Police Office, Siraha, Birendra Kumar Paswan.
