The Public Accounts Parliamentary Committee of Madhesh Province has instructed the Chief Minister Satish Kumar Singh to conduct a fursyot of all the ministries.
Democratic Samajwadi Party (LOSPA) Nepal MP Upendra Mahato said that Chief Minister Singh was called at the meeting of the Accounts Committee on Thursday and a special discussion was held regarding fraud and control. "As the same kind of theoretical issue is repeated every year, the government was asked to be serious," MP Mahato said. MP Mahato said that when the secretaries and staff of the relevant ministries were called in the
committee meeting, they gave irresponsible answers and because the secretaries tried to shirk their responsibilities by saying that they were new, MP Mahato said that it was suggested to the Chief Minister to make the secretaries responsible.
In reply, Mahato said that if Chief Minister Singh called all the secretaries, he promised to instruct them to carry out the formalities.
