According to police, the empty tipper with registration number Lu 2 Kha 1719, which was heading from Butwal towards Tansen, Palpa, went out of control and fell approximately 120 meters down into a stream from the road.
Lamtri, a resident of Sisuwa, Tinau-3, was injured and sent to Mars City Hospital in Butwal for treatment, but died during treatment, police said. Further investigation into the accident is underway.
