District Court Palpa has become the second best district in the country in the performance evaluation. In the last fiscal year, the district court had set a target of disposing of 751 cases, but it has disposed of 987 cases.

Palpa District Court Judge Hari Prasad Sharma Upadhyay Pangyani, who was successful in dispensation of justice on time in the evaluation of the fiscal year 2082/083, has been honored by the union and the province.

Kanchanpur District Court, which has been the first in performance, has decided 1,011 cases. Shrestedar Keshav Prasad Parajuli informed that 80.76 percent of cases were disposed of as the Palpa court prioritized fast, effective and quality justice.

953 cases were registered in the Palpa court in the last fiscal year. He said that 987 cases, including 269 that were transferred from the previous year, have been resolved. Shrestedar Parajuli said that out of a total of 21 different thematic titles, divorce cases were the most registered, with 645 cases, and 555 cases were resolved.
