The body of a woman has been lying in the morgue for three days after the refrigerator in the morgue broke down at Rolpa Hospital. The hospital is facing problems in preserving the body of 39-year-old Tilsari Pun Dangi of Rolpa Municipality-7 after the relatives of the deceased refused to accept the body. The deceased's husband, Karna Bahadur Dangi, has claimed that he was unjustly implicated in a fraud case and that his wife committed suicide on Sunday because of it. He is adamant that he will not accept the body until justice is served. 'I have been unjustly implicated in a fraud case.' She has been in the custody of Kathmandu Police for two weeks in the same case. My wife, who was under mental stress due to this, committed suicide,' said Karna, 'Injustice has been done to me. I will not accept the body until justice is served.' Dangi committed suicide on Sunday morning.

It is difficult to preserve the body for a long time when the refrigerator is broken, which has created an uncomfortable situation in the hospital. Even a post-mortem has not been conducted because the family has not accepted the body.

According to the hospital's information officer Kul Bahadur Dangi, despite efforts to repair the refrigerator after it broke down, it has not been repaired yet. 'The refrigerator used to store the body has broken down. Efforts are being made to repair it, but it has not been repaired yet,' he said.

Karna, who is in the custody of Kathmandu Police, refused to accept the body even after his wife's death and was brought to Rolpa on Monday. Karna has urged the people who framed him in the fraud case and the incident to be investigated and justice to be served. He said that his elderly parents and 6-year-old son have also suffered further after his wife's death.
