Construction entrepreneurs have protested against the statement made by Infrastructure Development Minister Sunil Lamsal. The Construction Entrepreneurs Association Pyuthan has protested, saying that the minister made a statement that humiliated the entrepreneurs.
Construction entrepreneurs are shocked by the statement made by Minister Lamsal about breaking the legs of construction entrepreneurs who cannot do their work and have demanded that the statement be corrected, informed Navin Kumar Shrestha, President of the Construction Entrepreneurs Association Pyuthan. He said that it is wrong to make threats and unnatural statements about the government providing relief to construction entrepreneurs when they are working despite not being able to do their work due to inflation.
The Construction Entrepreneurs Association Pyuthan has also submitted a letter of attention to the Chief District Officer regarding the incident. He said that the statement is being demanded to correct the statement that will ruin and discourage the construction sector that works according to the policy rules.
They have also demanded that prices be adjusted through the protest program, that arrangements be made for the smooth supply of construction materials, and that construction entrepreneurs be guaranteed security and respect.
