Mahendra Upadhyay Chapagain has won the post of President of the National Independent Party (RSP) Rupandehi. He won by getting 296 votes. His rival Ashish Neupane got 143 votes. Neupane was previously the Vice President, while Upadhyay was the Head of the Organization Department.

Gyanendra Pandey has won the post of Secretary. He got 237 votes, while his rival Mohan Bikram GC got 203 votes. Baburam Aryal won the post of Joint Secretary by getting 279 votes, while candidate Prem Narayan Tiwari got 138 votes, said election committee member Gunaram Ghimire.
Sharmila Acharya, Raj Bahadur Chhetri, Anita Panthi, Ramnath Harijan, Jamuna Sapkota, Bishnu Prasad Poudel, Chhabilal Sharma, Bishwanath Sharma, and Sheskant Gaire have been elected as members.
