National Independent Party Secretariat member and MP Sagar Dhakal has said that Genji will be included. MP Dhakal said this while inaugurating the Gulmi district convention on Saturday.
MP Dhakal said that Genji played a major role in forming the current government. 'We will include Genji, be assured of this,' MP Dhakal said, 'A quota will be clearly determined for Genji from the Chitwan general convention.'
He also clarified that the government has cancelled 1,500 political appointments and it will take time to fulfill the people's great expectations. 'A task force has been formed under the leadership of MP Geeta Chaudhary on the monkey issue,' he said, 'We will control this issue in some way.'
He wished the convention success by saying that an attempt will be made to reach a consensus in the first phase of the district convention. The closed session is currently underway. MPs Sagar Dhakal, Govinda Panthi and Shraddha Kunwar are among those present at the convention.
