Rashtriya Janamorcha Chairman Chitra Bahadur KC has said that the country has reached a difficult situation. At a program on 'Republic and Nationality in the Context of Constitutional Amendment' in Sunwal, West Nawalparasi on Sunday, KC accused Western countries of trying to dominate political forces favorable to them in Nepal.
KC said that the government should be alerted from across the country to free it from foreign interference while amending the constitution.
Representatives of various political parties and civic leaders participating in the program emphasized that the agenda for constitutional amendment should be set in a long-term manner, rather than in a hurry, to develop the country and provide a political solution.
