Police Inspector Gopal Neupane, Information Officer of the District Police Office, said that this campaign has been going on for a long time, but it has been intensified after the latest accident in which 20 people died. Nyupane said that all public vehicles, except those that have permission from the Transport Office to install roofs, will be removed from the roofs and strict action will be taken against carrying more passengers than their capacity.
