Two Indian tourists have gone missing after drowning in the Tinau River. Two Indian male tourists drowned near the headbox at Dobhan Damside, Tinau Rural Municipality-3, this afternoon, said Hom Prakash Chaudhary, Information Officer at the District Police Office, Palpa.
After learning that the Indian tourist had drowned, local residents, the Armed Police Force and a team from the Dobhan Police Post have launched a search operation. Out of the five people who had come with them, two have drowned. A team including Superintendent of Police Dipendra Panjiyar Tharu, Assistant Chief District Officer Rishiram Ghimire and others have reached the spot where the Indian tourist drowned and taken information about the situation.
