The emergency service will be operated under the regular observation and guidance of the acting director of the hospital, Dr. Janardan Panthi, said the acting vice-chancellor of the institute, Prof. Shyam Lamsal. A task force has been formed for treatment and it will be led by Co-director Dr. Suresh Rasaili.
