Polling officers deployed for the House of Representatives elections to be held on Thursday have called an all-party meeting at their respective centers. They have also completed the work of marking out the checkpoints around the polling stations.
Polling officer Madhusudhan Gharti, who is posted at Sararaswati Basic School Jhingamara in Tinau Rural Municipality, said that the area around 300 meters of the polling station has been designated as a four-kilta. He said that he reached the relevant polling station on Monday with the necessary materials for voting. The District Election Office has stated that staff, including polling officers, and security personnel have reached all polling stations.
