Congress candidate for Constituency No. 1 of the district, Athar Kamal, has made his resolution paper 'Vision Seven' public.
Keeping education as the first priority, Congress candidate for Kapilvastu 1, Kamal, has expressed his commitment to take forward the work of the stalled GP Memorial Technical Institute in Banganga, establish an Institute of Forestry Studies in the central part of the region, and establish an Ambedkar Equality Education Center in the southern region.
He has committed to working for the formation of the Kapilvastu Development Fund to develop overall tourism, create a thatched roof-free area, build road infrastructure, build a systematic bus park in three municipalities, and establish a museum for indigenous peoples. He has also expressed his commitment to prioritize the construction of stadiums and playgrounds for sports and youth, policy initiatives to create a youth startup fund, and skill promotion programs for youth self-employment.
There is also a commitment to build irrigation infrastructure for agriculture, ensure management and compensation of stray and wild animals, take initiatives to solve the problems of landless and unorganized land and squatters, coordinate the establishment of milk collection centers and moisture centers, and take initiatives to develop the area as a livestock pocket area.
Unveiling the resolution letter 'Vision Seven' in Banganga Municipality-11 Deubapar, candidate Kamal said that he has put only what he can do based on his experience in social mobilization work in the resolution letter. Shaktisinh Thakuri, coordinator of the Congress District Election Mobilization Committee, said that only what can be implemented after studying each issue of the resolution letter.
