Issuing a statement on Saturday, Thakuri announced that he has voluntarily left the party due to differences in the party's statements and actions and lack of transparency. Thakuri had been active in the party since its inception.
In a letter addressed to the party district president, it is mentioned that he has resigned from the party's post and even as an ordinary member.
Meanwhile, Rastriya Swatantra Party West Nawalparasi Bardaghat Municipality-13 President Jit Bahadur Harijan has returned to the party. Harijan, who said that he left the party on Friday, said in a video message that he had some dissatisfaction and that after discussing the matter within the party, he returned to the party's work and responsibilities.
