Kyammuddin Musalman alias Irfan of Mohammednagar, Buddhabhumi Municipality-5, who had been living in hiding after the District Court sentenced him to 20 years in prison in a manslaughter case, has been arrested.
The accused, who was sentenced to 20 years in prison in a manslaughter case, has been arrested after 13 years.
Irfan alias Kyammuddin Musalman of Buddhabhumi Municipality-5 Mohammadnagar, who was living in hiding after the district court sentenced him to 20 years in prison in a case of manslaughter, has been arrested.
A joint team of the District Police Office and the IPR arrested him from Mayadevi Rural Municipality-1, Barrohiya, on Wednesday, said District Police Spokesperson DSP Ripendra Kumar Singh.
On February 20, 2010, the district court had sentenced Manullah Musalman to life imprisonment in a case of manslaughter on the same day, on March 16, based on a complaint filed by him.
