A suspicious object that appears to be a cooker bomb was found outside the Irrigation Office in Gulariya, the district headquarters, on Saturday morning. The object was found in a field north of the office.
The farmer had informed the police after finding the suspicious object while digging his field. The Nepali Army has been mobilized to the spot to identify the object.
