The accident occurred when a double cab Bolero jeep bearing the number Lu 1 Cha 6985, which was carrying passengers from Khaya Jogithum, Ribdikot Rural Municipality-1, Palpa, met with an accident. The police said that 26-year-old Tikaram Kumal of Khaya Jogithum, Ribdikot-1, died in the accident.
The jeep fell into a ditch on the Ridi-Kharjyang road section of Gulmi. The accident took place at Kholtepani on the Ridi-Kharjyang road section of Ruru Rural Municipality-1, Gulmi.
Kumal died during treatment at the Ridi Primary Health Center. The injured are being treated at the Ruru Primary Health Center, Ridi. The vehicle fell about 10 meters from the road, according to the police.
