Compared to the 2079 House of Representatives election, the number of voters for the upcoming election to be held on Falgun 21 has increased by 6,110. The number of voters for the House of Representatives election on Falgun 21 has been fixed at 207,436.

There are two constituencies of the House of Representatives in Palpa. There are 98,383 voters in constituency number 1 and 109,53 voters in constituency number 2, according to the District Election Office, Palpa.

There were 201,326 voters in the 2079 House of Representatives election in the district. Of these, 98,208 were male and 103,118 were female voters.

The previous 118 polling stations have been registered in Palpa this time as well. The District Election Office has stated that 5 polling stations have been added to the district this time for the election of members of the House of Representatives. Earlier, there were 246 polling stations in Palpa. After the addition of 5 polling stations, the number has reached 251.

Rampur Municipality-9 Jabgadi, Nisdi Rural Municipality-1 Bankamlang, Mathagadhi Rural Municipality-1, Chidipani, Tinau Rural Municipality-6, Masyam and Baganaskali Rural Municipality-2, Pokharathok have added 5 polling stations each, informed the Election Office Chief Mahesh Sharma. 

There are 52 polling stations and 117 polling stations in Area No. 1. Area No. 2 has 66 polling stations and 134 polling stations. Temporary polling stations for proportional representation will be determined later.

Tansen Municipality has the highest number of voters in Palpa with 36,337. Rampur Municipality has 29,869 voters, while Purbakhola Rural Municipality has the lowest number of voters with 14,117, he said.

Rainadevi Chhahara has 21,360 voters, Baganaskali Rural Municipality 21,043, Mathagadhi Rural Municipality 19,997, and Rambha Rural Municipality 18,400, according to the Election Office. There are 16,968 voters in Ribdikot Rural Municipality, 15,232 in Nisdi Rural Municipality, and 14,446 in Tinau. 

The offices of the Returning Officer have been opened in both the constituencies of Palpa. The office has been established in the ward office of Rampur Municipality-5, Bejhad in Constituency No. 1, and in the building of the Palpa Durbar Museum in Tansen Municipality in Constituency No. 2. District Judge Hari Prasad Sharma Upadhyay Pangeni of Palpa District is the Chief Returning Officer in Constituency No. 2. The Returning Officer of Constituency No. 1 is Deputy Attorney General of the Office of the Attorney General, Dashrath Pangeni.
