Police have arrested a youth on charges of setting fire to an auto rickshaw parked in Ghorahi.
The arrested person is Sandesh Nepali, 18, a resident of Madi Rural Municipality-6, Rolpa, and currently residing in Dumargaun, Ghorahi Sub-metropolitan City-13.
Nepali set fire to an auto-rickshaw (Ra 1 Ha 2757) parked in front of his room belonging to Jeevan Wali, a resident of Pragathinagar Tole, Ghorahi-13, on Thursday night, said District Police Spokesperson DSP Chakra Bahadur Shah. He informed that Nepali has been remanded in custody for five days after the Dang District Court extended his remand.
