Two Indians have been arrested from Krishnanagar on charges of dealing in cryptocurrency. The police, who arrived from Krishnanagar, IPR, arrested them based on information that the two were dealing in cryptocurrency while staying at the Humble Hotel in Krishnanagar's Bus Park.

The arrested persons are Sunil Kumar Singh, 21, of Malad East Kumar Village, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and Ujjwal Singh, 24, of Lucknow Manigaun, Uttar Pradesh, India. Four mobile phones, along with evidence in connection with the crime of dematerialized currency, have been recovered from their possession, said District Police Spokesperson DSP Ripendra Kumar Singh.

Both the accused were remanded in police custody for five days on Wednesday by the district court, police said.
