The body of 12-year-old Basanta Rana Bhat, who went missing on Wednesday from Badhaiyatal Rural Municipality-7, was found on Friday, said District Police Inspector Prakash Singh Karki. He was studying in class 5 and went missing while going for a bath in the Khauraha River.
Ward Chairman of Madhuban-1, Min Thapa, said that a diving team of the Armed Police Force found his body. The deceased boy was living in an orphanage run by the school.
