The identity of the body found 6 days ago has not been revealed.

The identity of the abandoned body found five days ago in Chaldi Panaha Khela, on the border of Resunga Municipality and ISMA Rural Municipality, has not been revealed.

Local youths had reported the body to the police after seeing it while swimming on a holiday last Saturday.

A team led by Police Inspector Parbat Kumar KC from the District Police found the body lying face down in the frozen water on the banks of Panaha Khela in Resunga Municipality-4. Police Inspector KC said that the body of a 35-year-old man floating face down in the water could not be identified.

After the body, which was wearing a white and green shirt with a black tracksuit and black pants with Nike written on it, could not be identified, the police had brought it to Gulmi Hospital after making a report at the scene. The body is now being kept in the mercury refrigerator of Gulmi Hospital.

District Police Chief SP Narayan Prasad Adhikari said that despite many attempts to identify it, it has not been identified. 'We have informed the relatives of the local missing person and neighboring districts,' he said, 'We have not found it, and the investigation is also being carried out as a suspicious incident.'

Although the situation at the scene does not appear suspicious, the police have initially estimated that the deceased may have died four or five days before the body was found.

The SP said that they are coordinating with neighboring districts of Baglung, Pyuthan, Arghakhanchi, Palpa, Syangja and Parbat to inform them about the incident.
