UN Messenger of Peace and international artist Wu Luohai has arrived in Nepal to participate in the third edition of the World Peace Program.

Upon landing at Gautam Buddha International Airport on Wednesday morning, she praised the beauty of Nepal and said she was blessed to be at the birthplace of Buddha.

Known worldwide for her artistry that blends cultural expression with messages of unity, compassion and non-violence, Wu Luohai is scheduled to perform at the Lumbini Meditation Hall and Conference Center on Thursday.

This year's World Peace Program is organized by The Promised Land Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to global peace, cultural understanding and community empowerment. 25 billionaires from different countries are gathering in Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha, to participate in the three-day 'World Peace Program' starting Thursday.
