The names of Jawaharlal Tharu, Reshmiraj Adhikari and Dipendra Nath Shukla have been recommended for the National Assembly, said Regional Chairman Shrestha. The names recommended by the regional committee will be sent to the district and provincial committees, said Regional Chairman Shrestha. He said that the party will make candidates from these names.

More than 80 percent of the recommended names are of advanced age. It is said that the regional committees of the other two regions of the district will recommend names on Tuesday.
