The 'Mission Employment' program has been launched to end the exodus of youth to foreign countries and the exodus of entrepreneurs. The program was launched on Wednesday, giving priority to women entrepreneurs and young entrepreneurs to promote growth-oriented entrepreneurship and employment in Resunga Municipality.
Sanjay Pokharel, the program coordinator on behalf of the responsibility, said that 'Mission Employment' will be implemented in three phases to achieve results in 180 days in collaboration with the responsibility.
Applications have been invited since November 17. Out of which, 40 commercial firms will benefit. 40 entrepreneurs will be empowered, 20 selected entrepreneurs will be upgraded, and 10 selected entrepreneurs will be promoted. Training, knowledge, skills, and technology will be transferred to them. Through which the entrepreneurs will not only rely on grants, but also invest on their own.
The responsibility will help increase employment by making complementary partnerships in investment, production, marketing, and results. 'Mission Employment' will run for 180 days to prepare competitive entrepreneurs. Starting from Wednesday, this program will now be held by meeting entrepreneurs in villages.

'Youth migration is increasing, even entrepreneurs who have started businesses are in a situation of migrating in the middle,' he said, 'We have introduced mission employment to increase employment by supporting entrepreneurs.' Mayor Panthi also said that employment will be increased by supporting all entrepreneurs according to their individual needs.
