Hundreds of citizens have benefited from the integrated mobile camp held in a remote ward of Rampur Municipality in a single day. 485 citizens have availed various services from the integrated mobile camp held in Rampur Municipality-1 in a single day.

Rampur Municipality has provided health check-up services along with the services provided by the municipal office to provide easy services to the citizens of Ward No. 1 and 2, said Mayor Raman Bahadur Thapa.

He said that services such as project agreements, opening bank accounts, distribution of senior citizen identity cards, disabled identity cards, registration services, business registration and renewal were provided from the camp.

Services including agricultural and livestock services, eye and ear tests and other health check-up services have been provided. 'The service has been provided by reaching rural wards to give the impression that the local government is there to serve the people,' he said, 'The camp has benefited citizens who are far away from the municipal office.'

170 people have taken health check-up services in the camp, while 140 people have taken lab services. 45 people have been tested for diabetes and HIV in the camp. Eye and ear tests (130 people had eye tests and 70 people had ear tests) were conducted. Sundar Rana, head of Kaligandaki Eye Treatment Center, said that 11 of the people who underwent eye tests had cataract problems.

42 people have taken the biometric service of social security allowance, 6 people have taken the disability and senior citizen identity card service. 27 agreements for 27 schemes and a bank account for one scheme have been opened from the camp. 170 people have taken animal services, 206 agricultural services and 101 people have taken Ayurveda services from the camp, said Bikram Basnet, head of the planning branch. Health check-ups with specialists were conducted in the camp in coordination with Rampur Hospital, eye and ear tests were conducted in coordination with Kaligandaki Eye Treatment Center, and medicine distribution services were provided.
