Police have arrested a young man from Seltadi village, Gulariya Municipality-1, with brown sugar. Police Inspector Prakash Singh Karki of the District Police Office, Bardiya, found brown sugar while checking 22-year-old Suraj Tharu.
1 gram and 40 milligrams of brown sugar were recovered from two black and blue plastic bags hidden by Tharu. He was taken into custody and taken to the Area Police Office, Dhodhari, where investigation is underway, according to the police.
