Police have recovered a loaded gun from Baughagumha, Tansen Municipality-13, while it was hidden in a house.

Based on the information received by the police, an illegal weapon (a loaded gun) was found in the house of 64-year-old Shalikram Reshmi of Baughagumha Kerawadi, informed Hom Prakash Chaudhary, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Palpa.

Based on the confidential information received by the police, a police team including a police inspector from the district was deployed and during the routine search of Reshmi's house, an illegal loaded gun was recovered. 

The police have also taken Reshmi under control and necessary investigation is underway.
