Satyawati Multiple Campus located in Hansra, Satyawati Rural Municipality-5 has stated that preparations for the Gyan Mahayagya for the overall development of the campus have reached the final stage. Satyawati Multiple Campus is going to conduct the 'Rashtra Kalyan and World Peace Birat Dhandhanyanchal Sang-Shrimad Bhagwat Saptaha Gyan Mahayagya-2082' from Mangsir 18 to 25.
Prakash Bhattarai, coordinator of the publicity committee, informed that philosophical discourses will be given by Swami Gyanananda Saraswati Maharaj and Swami Vivekananda Saraswati Maharaj, as well as a discourse on the Bhagavati story by Acharya Narayan Prasad Gaire.
The Mahayagya will include Lakshavana, Maharudrabhishek, Panchadevopasana, various mantra chanting, Shatchandi, Shuklayajurveda, Gita, Vishnu Sahasranamadi and recitation, said Pitamber Gyawali, coordinator of the Yagya Editing Committee.
In addition, Bhajankirtan, Krishna Leela and dance performances, on the first day, Purvaang, Shobha Yatra, inauguration and Maulo Puja will be followed by the formal Shrimad Bhagavat. Campus head Bikash Dhakal informed that the Gyan Mahayagya is being held to develop information and communication technology and quality education, strengthen economic development and physical infrastructure, arrange residential hostels, build a modern library, involve students in the 'earn while studying' program, and take initiatives in the management of timely Sanskrit education based on political consciousness, ideals, religion, and culture. He also said that there is a plan to create an environment where underprivileged students are not deprived of education by providing full scholarships.
Finance Committee Coordinator Parishwar Dhakal said that the goal is to collect about three crore rupees from the Mahayagya. 'Everyone's support is needed to achieve the goal,' he said, 'We have received enthusiastic financial support. We are confident that the Gyan Mahayagya will be successful with all-round support.'
Campus patron Satyawati Rural Municipality Chairman Tikaram Pandey said that they are supporting the Mahayagya in everything from management to the management. 'We cannot provide cash support, it will be rejected, so it is not possible to provide a large amount of support,' he said, 'We are supporting all aspects from the Mahayagya preparation to the management.' He also said that the Mahayagya environment has been created for those who want to voluntarily support the development of the campus.
Currently, the campus has only the Humanities and Management faculties, so 92 students are studying. This number is expected to increase after the campus adds the Faculty of Education.
