The meeting held at the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers, Rapti Upatka (Deukhuri) has approved the proposal submitted by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Transport regarding the removal of obstacles.
It has been decided to remove the obstacles by exercising the authority of Section 119 of the Road Vehicles, Transport and Transportation Act, 2076 BS and perform the essential work to be done by the Directorate through the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Transport until the Directorate is formed.
Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Development Bhumishwar Dhakal informed that it has been decided to allow the bill prepared by the Ministry to establish and operate Lumbini Pragya Pratishthan to be submitted to the Provincial Assembly.
The meeting has approved the bill submitted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Land Management and Cooperatives regarding the management and regulation of provincial pesticides to be sent to the Provincial Assembly. The meeting has also approved the bill to ensure the rights of the Dalit community and the Procedures for the Prevention and Rehabilitation of Disability Program, 2082 BS, from the Ministry of Social Development.
Similarly, the meeting has decided to give the responsibility of Medical Superintendent to Consultant Dental Surgeon Dr. Barsha Thapa, who has been transferred to Bhim Hospital. Similarly, it has also been decided to request the Government of Nepal to facilitate the acquisition of land for the management of the market of Shivraj Municipality.
