The body of a two-year-old girl who went missing from her home in Mayadevi Rural Municipality-1, Pakadi, has been found in the Marthi River. The girl's body was found on Monday, 48 hours after she went missing.

They were questioning locals and relatives. On Kartik 24, while the police were searching the nearby streams and rivers, the girl's body was found in the Marthi River, which is 3 km south of the house and is located on the border of Mayadevi Rural Municipality-1 and Suddhodhan Rural Municipality-6, said District Police Information Officer and DSP Ripendra Kumar Singh.
The girl's body was found lying face down in the river. DSP Singh said that the police have launched a thorough investigation into the incident.
