Police say that traffic was affected after a landslide involving a rock fell on the Sandhikharka-Gorusinghe road section in the evening.

The Sandhikharka-Gorusinghe road section has been blocked due to continuous heavy rains. Traffic operations were halted after a large landslide fell from the road at Ribdi near the junction of the section.
Diwas Bahadur GC, Deputy Superintendent of the District Police Office, Arghakhanchi, said that a landslide with debris fell from the road and trees fell. According to him, efforts are being made to remove the landslide in the evening.
GC has urged drivers and the general public using the Sandhikharka-Gorusinghe road to travel only after getting information about the road conditions.
