District Administration Office Bardia has reduced the time of prohibition in Gulria municipality.

A curfew will be imposed from 10 pm to 5 am from Tuesday until further orders. Prohibitory orders were issued from 6 pm to 6 am every day from August 28.

Chief District Officer Surendra Paudel said that prohibition has been imposed from Ganeshpur in the east of Gulria to Babai Campus in the west, the office of the District Coordination Committee in the north and the Indian border in the south. Prazia Paudel said that it will continue until there is another order according to the suggestions of the citizens and the review of the District Security Committee.  It is said that if more than 5 people move around without permission in violation of the

order, or if they do prohibited activities such as gatherings, processions, meetings, the security personnel will take control and take action.

If there is any necessary work during the prohibitory order, the police administration should be informed. Security sources said that the ban was imposed to prevent any chaotic activities that may occur during the festival.
