District Administration Office Rupandehi has issued an indefinite injunction order. On Monday, the administration issued a curfew order till 10 pm after the genji demonstration and vandalism at various places in the district.
In view of the security situation, a prohibitory order has been issued to be applied throughout the district from 9:30 am on Tuesday until further orders. It is mentioned in the statement issued by Tokaraj Pandey.
It is forbidden to gather more than five people in the area where the prohibition order has been issued and hold protest programs such as fasting, sit-ins, processions, demonstrations and meetings, according to the statement issued by the administration. The administration has warned that anyone who violates the
order or obstructs its implementation will be prosecuted according to prevailing laws.
