In the morning of 17th May last, in the morning of Mayadevi rural municipality-1, in front of the house of Naveen Kumar Srivastava in Pakdi, the main planner who kept a suspicious object that looked like a pressure cooker bomb under the bed of a pan tanki shop was arrested.

Hakeem Ali Muslim of Kapilvastu Municipality-11, Rehra was arrested around 11 am on August 17 around Rehra, said DSP Ripendra Kumar Singh, Information Officer of the District Police Office. The accused has been produced in court on Wednesday. Two accomplices of the

incident are out on bail from the court. Three people were charged with explosives-related offenses and presented to the court. 

The suspicious object was deactivated by the army team on May 17.
