The Gulmi section of the Kaligand corridor has come into one-way operation. Chief Superintendent of Police Narayan Prasad Adhikari of District Police Office Gulmi informed that the blocked road in Kaligandaki Rural Municipality-2 Rakse has become one-way operation.

The road was blocked from Thursday morning due to rain since Wednesday evening. Attempts were made to open the road as soon as it was blocked. As the road was blocked, the locals and the passengers passing through the corridor suffered. Gulmi section of the Kaligand corridor has been blocked several times in Gargare, Rakse, Mulk and Kanouta. 

There have been three landslides at a distance of 8 km only in the Gulmi section of the Kaligand corridor. Because of this, the Gulmi section of the corridor has been blocked many times.
