The secretaries who have been transferred to Lumbini province have been welcomed. Two secretaries were welcomed in a secretary-level meeting at the office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers in Rapti Valley (Deukhuri) on Wednesday.

Chief Secretary Baburam Adhikari has welcomed Motiram Sapkota, who has been given the responsibility of the Secretary of the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers, and Churn Bahadur Oli, who has been given the responsibility of the Secretary of the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation.

The Provincial Council of Ministers meeting held earlier had decided to assign the responsibilities of the secretaries. To make federalism successful, the secretaries have expressed their commitment to perform their responsibilities efficiently by streamlining the performance and service delivery of the province.
