Armed Police Force No. 31 Gana BOP Shaktipur has seized Chinese electric cigarettes worth 48 lakh 5 thousand. The cigarette was seized by 9 people under the command of Armed Police Deputy Inspector Kamal Bahadur Nepali during a border patrol in Bardia's Madhuwan Municipality-5 Shaktipur.

According to the Armed Police Force, the smuggler who was going on a bicycle left the cigarette and the bicycle when he saw the armed police. Armed Police Superintendent Maan Bahadur Shahi said that the cigarette, which is banned in Nepal, was being taken to India at 12 o'clock on Sunday night.

There are 1,920 Chinese cigarettes named Spacemen SP 40000, said Armed Police Superintendent Shahi. The market price of a cigarette is 2,500. According to the Armed Police Force, preparations are being made to send the confiscated cigarettes to the Customs Office for necessary action.
