The students of a school here, who have been providing goats to the poor and needy students, have earned financial income by selling the goats found in the forest. The students of Karbakeli Basic School located in Modi Rural Municipality-4 Cang have picked and sold the saplings that were wasted in the forest.

Under the 'Learning and Earning Program', practical knowledge about agricultural production and its marketing has been given to the students under the practical classes of local subjects.  A group of

students have also formed a creative children's club. The students belonging to the club cultivate seasonal and off-season crops in the plastic tunnels and vacant land built in the school. They have been collecting and selling Niuro, Lapsi, Tusa found in the forest.

Students have also been planting vegetables such as tomatoes, onions, ghiraula, radish, cabbage, cauliflower, and greens. "We sold the greens that we brought from the forest to the houses of the village. We also sold the tomatoes we planted in the school tunnel a few days ago, Nisma Sepurja, president of Creative Children's Club, said, "The income was 30,000 rupees. We bought ties, belts and ID cards for all the students of the school.'  She said that agricultural products prepared by the school are delivered for sale in every fair held in the

village. Many people like the dishes like lapsi/radish pickle, gundrak etc. made by us. Sales are also good," she said.

Students are excited to get a home in agricultural work. Chhatra Livia Fagami, studying in class 8, received a goat last year. She said that the family was also happy after getting the goat. Parents were also very happy. You have to study well, daughter said', she said, now the goat has grown up. Now we will make more goats and sell them.
