The road has been blocked at the Dahare river on the Ridi-Wamitaksar road section. The road was blocked after the water flow increased due to rain since Wednesday morning.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Ganga Bahadur Saru informed that the road was blocked in Dahare Khola located in Satyavati Rural Municipality-6.
This is the Rudraveni-Wamitaksar section of the Butwal-Burtiwang road section. When it rains in Dahare River, when the river comes with black muddy mud, the path disappears. During this rainy season, the road is being blocked in the Dahre river from time to time. Because of this, the passengers of public and private vehicles passing through this road are suffering.
The concrete bridge under construction in this river has reached the final stage of construction and seems to be stalled. The builders have stopped the construction of the bridge after the contract was not guaranteed and the bridge was not paid.
