The road near Dobhan Bhootkhola in Palpa's Tinau Rural Municipality-3 under Siddharth Highway has been re-flooded.

Only last year, the road division had started the black sheeting on the road, which was started seven years ago. Road Division Palpa has informed that the road has been flooded again as the black paper is not being used on one side. The highway is at least 25 meters long. Tinau River is located at the lower part of the place where the road is washed away. 

The local Tank Busyal informed that vehicles are operating one-way now amid the risk. Earlier also, vehicles were made to operate in one direction after the road was washed away at the same place. Although two-way traffic has been operating for 6 months, the road has been flooded again. It is estimated by the technician that the water flowed inside the road. Vehicles from Gulmi, Palpa, Syangja, Kaski, Arghakhanchi, Baglung, Parbat, Myagdi, Mustang pass through this road through the highway.
