A child has gone missing while swimming in a river located in Sunwal Municipality-7 of West Nawalparasi. Sudeep Gharti, aged 12, living in Sunwal Municipality-12, has gone missing.

Thursday evening  Santosh Paudel, police inspector of the area police office, Sunwal, said that the search for the missing Gharti is continuing.

The missing child's clothes and slippers have been found by the river. After the locals and the police did not find it during the search operation on Thursday, the disaster management team of the Armed Police came today and is conducting the search operation.
