Traffic has been blocked due to slippery road near Vishwakarma temple under the southern road section of East Nawalparasi.
District Police Office Nawalpur DSP Madhu Nepal said that at 8 am on Thursday morning, the highway was blocked on both sides as the road became slippery due to rain near Vishwakarma Temple in Vinayi Triveni Rural Municipality-2. The road, which was blocked on Monday and Tuesday, was opened in two directions from Wednesday.
On Thursday morning, after the road became slippery, the cargo vehicle could not move from east to west, causing a traffic jam. An attempt is being made to drive the vehicle by adding ballast to the slippery place.
